In this basement project in Çekmeköy, İMG Yapı Yalıtım Mühendislik A.Ş. carried out polyurethane resin injection combined with negative-side (internal) waterproofing. The solution, executed with Dryvatec materials, permanently stopped water leaks from the inside face of the structure and secured a safe living environment with a 5-year warranty.
