To combat the damp problem on the car park ceiling of the Mimoza apartment building in Istanbul, İMG Yapı Yalıtım Mühendislik A.Ş. applied polyurethane (PU) resin injection. Carried out with Dryvatec materials, the works penetrate the micro-cracks in the concrete to deliver permanent watertightness. The project was completed with a 5-year warranty.
