In the Modoğlu project in Istanbul, İMG Yapı Yalıtım Mühendislik A.Ş. permanently resolved the water leaks occurring at the liquid-applied foundation waterproofing areas of the basement using Dryvatec membrane systems. The applied method prevents pressurised groundwater from penetrating the structure and provides long-term protection. Completed with a 5-year warranty, the works created a healthy environment in the lower levels of the building.
