To tackle the water problems in the basement of the Parlak İnşaat building, İMG Yapı Yalıtım Mühendislik A.Ş. applied negative-side (internal) waterproofing combined with polyurethane (PU) resin injection. Carried out with Dryvatec materials, the solution provides lasting protection from the internal face of the structure. The project was successfully completed and is backed by a 5-year warranty.
