In the Saraçlar Mesken project in Istanbul, the foundation membrane waterproofing of the basement was carried out by İMG Yapı Yalıtım Mühendislik A.Ş. using Dryvatec materials. Applied against ground moisture and water pressure, the system protects the lower floors of the building for the long term. The project is covered by a 5-year warranty.
